PAM Update: Extended Search Center with the option to select multiple conditions, added custom fields support and auto-login option to Browser Form Filler

This update extends Search Center WEB GUI with the option to search by multiple conditions, adds custom fields support and the auto-login option to Browser Form Filler, and adds Exclusive Session enforcement for RDP and SSH Proxy

Extended Search Center with the option to select multiple conditions

The update adds the Search Center option to execute compound queries including multiple criteria.

The option improves search capabilities for large folder and record structures allowing to narrow down the search results using simple GUI accessible by a larger user audience.

Use the (+) button in the Search Center criteria field to add the placeholder for a new condition.

Select query type and search criteria in the new field to add to the compound search. Use (-) button to remote extra condition.

Added custom fields support option to Browser Form Filler

The update added custom fields support to Browser Form Filler. With the plug-in (add-on, extension) update, in addition to user and password fields, the browser form filler will populate all non-credential fields (such as Company, Account, etc) on the login form from the record custom fields matching them by field name.

The option extends the application of the browser form filler to populate non-credential fields on the complex login forms.

Added auto-login option to Browser Form Filler

The update added the option for the form filler to fill credential fields on the WEB Portal login form and initiate the login process automatically.

The option automates the login process and allows to conceal the of sensitive information for the browser used by automatically navigating out of the form with filled credentials.

To enable this option, add the HTML control name for the submit button on the WEB Portal record field PluginAutoSubmit.

Added support to enforce global and record level Exclusive Session policy for RDP and SSH Proxy

The update adds the option to enforce global and record level Exclusive Session policy for RDP and SSH Proxy in addition to the already existing option to enforce exclusive WEB Sessions.

The option allows limiting the administrator presence on the destination end-point to a single user for users accessing the remote server using a native client.
